Some locations are assessed tax on materials used in fertilizer and identify these items by adding a Mill Tax Code.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Setup > Access Mill Tax Codes. |
Create a new Mill Tax Code, by clicking Add and enter up to two digits for a numeric ID.
Already populated using IDs 1 through 6 are the following:

1 - Dollar Sales of Commercial Fertilizers 2 - Dollar Sales of Agricultural Minerals" 3 - Dollar Sales of Auxiliary Soil and Plant Substances 4 - Dollar Sales of Packaged Soil Amendments 5 - Dollar Sales of Specialty Fertilizers 6 - Dollar Sales of Organic Input Materials |
Enter a Description of up to 255 alpha-numeric characters and click Save.
Locations utilizing a Master/Entity database configuration will be able to add Mill Tax Codes at the Master level only.
